We want to make it easy for you. That's why we offer a flexible refund policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so up to 72 hours before your event and receive a full refund. Whether you paid by credit card or check, we'll process your refund promptly, ensuring a hassle-free experience. RESCHEDULE YOUR EVENT UP TO 48 HOURS BEFORE! Life happens, and we're here to accommodate you. If you need to reschedule your event with Party Planners, you can do so without any penalty up to 48 hours before the party. Just let us know, and we'll work with you to find a new date that suits your needs, based on our availability. ALWAYS FLEXIBLE TO MODIFY YOUR RESERVATION. NEED A SMALLER PACKAGE OR FEWER GUESTS? WE'LL HAPPILY REFUND THE DIFFERENCE. We understand that plans can change, and we're here to make it convenient for you. If you need to modify your reservation with Party Planners, such as opting for a smaller package, reducing the number of participants, or adding new features, simply inform us by the Monday before your party. In the case of a smaller package, you can even let us know by the Friday before your party during our confirmation call. We'll gladly make the adjustments and refund the difference to ensure your complete satisfaction.
